How to apply to HAZE.GALLERY

 

We welcome submissions from artists working across contemporary painting, photography, digital art, mixed media, and interdisciplinary practices. Every portfolio is carefully reviewed by our curatorial team.

 

1. Prepare your portfolio

Please submit a portfolio featuring at least 10 works available for exhibition and for acquisition. It must be available for shipping worldwide, no boarder restrictions. We prefer a Google Drive files.

 

2. Include Your Artist CV, Biography & Profile Picture 

You may include your CV and artist statement within the portfolio or attach them as separate files. The total size of all attachments should not exceed 25 MB.

 

3. Artwork information

For each artwork, please include:

- Title

- Year

- Medium

- Dimensions

- Availability

- Price

Please note that all listed prices must remain consistent across your studio, website, and any other platforms where the works are offered for sale. HAZE Gallery works on a 30% commission for artworks sold online and a 50% commission for artworks sold through in-person exhibitions, art fairs, or other physical sales channels.

 

4. Image quality matters

Please ensure that all artwork images are high resolution, accurately represent the work, and are photographed in good lighting. Detail images, installation views,  videos  and studio bts are welcome

 

5. Representation & sales

Artists retain possession of their artworks unless otherwise agreed. If a work is acquired through HAZEGALLERY, we ask that it is available for timely shipment to the collector. Selected artists will be represented in the gallery's program for a period of one year.

 

6. Review process

Portfolio reviews typically take up to two weeks. Due to the volume of submissions, we appreciate your patience. If you have not heard from us after this period, you are welcome to send a polite follow-up email.

 

7. Emerging and established artists welcome

We are interested in strong artistic practices rather than résumés alone. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or already exhibiting internationally, we encourage you to apply if your work aligns with our curatorial vision.

 

8. Curatorial selection

Selected artists may be invited to participate in curated online / in person  exhibitions, art fairs,  editorial features, interviews, or future projects across the HAZE.GALLERY and PURPLEHAZE Magazine platforms. Collaboration details are discussed individually after the review process.

Please note that, due to the number of submissions we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback or explain decisions regarding unsuccessful applications.
