I’m Irina Rusinovich, founder and Editor in Chief of PURPLEHAZE Magazine and founder of HAZE.GALLERY.

Since 2019, I have published twelve print issues, featured and curated the work of more than 240 artists, and developed projects across Berlin, Belgrade, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Brussels, Frankfurt, Cologne and Budapest. Today, eighteen artists are represented through HAZE.GALLERY.

I spend a significant part of my work reviewing portfolios, submissions and artistic practices, and I can usually see very quickly why strong work is being overlooked. In most cases, the problem is not the work itself, but how it is selected, sequenced, described and positioned.

That is the part I work on with artists and creatives: shaping how the practice is presented, strengthening the narrative around it, and making sure the right work reaches the right people.
